Good application. No have à french version

Need internet connection to run and open site, turning a mess app, to show information. Forget it!

Need update for ios4 video wont work.

This app is great but whats the point of having workout videos if when your at the gym you cant play them. Only works on wifi. Change this and will be 5 stars!!!!!!!!! MAKE VIDEOS WORK ON 3G

This app is just full of advertisements for other apps and tips that can be found with a quick google search for muscle gain diets and such. Not worth the download to even look at...

Some reviews are way off. This FREE app is brilliant. It took a lot of time and effort to put these accurate videos together. Showing both the exercise and the machine. Plus the nutrition videos are solid I especially enjoyed how to make low fat high protein meatball dish. To find all this info with video would take forever on google. The only complaint if true would be to allow videos to be seen with 3G and not wifi since some of us have high volume data packages. Cheers

Really well made and helpful

This app has some useful videos, but gettin to them can be a pain. The interface is very clunky, and freezes regularly. The lack of description, and the fact that the workouts are not actually categorized is frustrating. Please update this app. This app needs a lot of work and polishing.

The fact that its free is amazing and the 12 week plan is amazing too it hase everything from basics to expert

This FREE app is awesome! Been working out intense for about a year and with a lot of this information I am looking forward to utilizing some info from it!

This is garbage why would I do 20 reps to build?that makes no sence heavy weight low reps and I only watched 30secs of 1 vid.these are also just links to videos anyway

If you want to get big. Lean or whatever is that you looking for this will get you there.  look at my arms heheh

Updated and now the videos will not show like they did before.

I updated and now wont turn on. Just blinks off when pressed. Damn!

This was a GREAT application before the most recent update. Lots of advertisements now and cant turn it side ways to view full screen video any longer. I dont like the layout at all anymore. Probably just going to delete it now and look for a new one. Also for future reference make the videos savable. My gym doesnt have wifi so I cant view the videos for the training day while at the gym. So disappointed I downloaded that update. Was a 5 star app.

as soon as i updated it it crashed

This app crashes on iPad upon launch.

What happened?

App crashes after the upgrade. If the app was closed while the video was playing next time you start the app its stuck loading the video forever.
